Quick healthy meal: summer time veggie salad

Quick healthy meal: 

Let's prepare a quick meal, a summertime veggies salad for you and your kids.
For four persons:

Rinse with cold water and chop 4 tomatoes, 4 cucumbers, 2 green onions, 1 big salad, salt and pepper and 1 cup of corn. Add a bit of fresh lemon juice and mix all the ingredients. Serve with french toast.

An unique flavor is given by the special sauce made from 1 cup fresh celery root fine chopped mixed with 1 fine chopped fresh carrot, 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon mustard and 1 teaspoon mayonnaise.

Enjoy the summer time veggie salad, a quick healthy meal!
