Quick salad for a healthy meal

A quick salad with mushrooms, carrots and tomatoes can make a perfect dish for lunch or dinner if you don't have time to cook.


In less than 15 minutes, you can eat a healthy salad:



For one person: mix 4 fresh mushrooms chopped with 1 fresh carrot chopped and 2 fresh tomatoes chopped with one spoon of olive oil and salt and pepper and put to the mocrowave for 7 minutes.

Enjoy the quick salad with mushrooms for a healthy meal!

Cool! I normally mix lettuce and tomatoes for my salads. My dressing is olive oil with honey and lime. :D

Like the use of some warm vegetables! It's ten degrees here - cold chopped lettuce doesn't cut it.
