Quick meals for the week before Christmas

I am sure you do not have time to cook in the week before Christmas so here you have a list of quick meals for the week before Christmas.


To serve for dinner or lunch: Salad with caraway seeds and chicken ready in 15 minutes or if you have already boiled potatoes, another quick salad, ready in 5 minutes: German salad with sweet potatoes.










As for a healthy low in calories dinner, you may want to try a quick meal ready in 5 minutes: Apple and sunflower seeds salad.

Sweet sour sauce for apple salad

Ok, so I was thinking to make a white sweet sour sauce for my  apple salad with sunflower seeds.


You will need 1 cup of greek yogurt, 2 spoons of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, mint powder and thyme powder. Mix together for 3 minutes and add to the apple salad with sunflower seeds.

Quick salad for a healthy meal

A quick salad with mushrooms, carrots and tomatoes can make a perfect dish for lunch or dinner if you don't have time to cook.


In less than 15 minutes, you can eat a healthy salad:



For one person: mix 4 fresh mushrooms chopped with 1 fresh carrot chopped and 2 fresh tomatoes chopped with one spoon of olive oil and salt and pepper and put to the mocrowave for 7 minutes.

Enjoy the quick salad with mushrooms for a healthy meal!
