French fries with fresh garlic - ready in 5 minutes is the easiest and quickest recipe!







Everyboy can buy french fries, it is everywhere. But add fresh minced garlic - 1/2 cup mixed with fresh chopped parsley - 1/2cup and one cup of fresh water and you have the most delicious fresh and healthy sauce ever!

If you love tomatoes, you can add 2 fresh peeled and chopped and tomatoes to your fresh garlic sauce.

and I wanted to add something new: shredded emmertaler cheese on top, for this recipe, I've added on cup of shredded emmertaler cheese on top just before to serve.

Spicy tomato sauce with roasted chicken

The easiest and most delicious dinner for kids and for parents too!

If you have some chicken leftovers, you can add a 5 minutes tomato sauce and create the most exquisite dinner!

The tomato sauce is simple: mix 300 ml canned tomato sauce with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, thymes, parsley, 2 spoons of beer and 1/2 teaspoon chilli ( add chilli only for parents). Leave for 5 minutes to cook and add to hot roasted chicken.





Enjoy my spicy tomato sauce with roasted chicken!

Chinese baked fish with sour sauce

It is easy, quick and healthy the chinese baked fish with sour sauce. 


Here is what you need for a baked fish with sour sauce in the chinese style:




500 g white fish fillets


1/2 cup soy sauce


1/2 sunflower oil


200 g mushrooms sliced


steamed rice to serve




Cook the fish in a large bamboo steamer for about 20 minutes. 


Mix soy sauce with sunflower oil in a small bowl and add the sauce with salt and pepper over the fish after 10 minutes and leave it for another 10 minutes to cook.


Add the mushrooms and cover fish with foil or steamer lid and steam over a wok or pan of boiling water for 5 minutes, or until cooked. 


Remove fish from steamer, and serve immediately with steamed rice.


Enjoy the chinese baked fish with sour sauce.

Quick meal: roasted red onions and lamb


We all know how to make a lamb stake or lamb tenederloin, but the perfect taste is with red onions roasted for 15 minutes in the oven.


Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 1/2 bunch fresh thyme or mint
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 red onions, halved

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix in a bowl the butter, thyme, mint, salt and pepper. Place the onions, cut sides up, in a single layer on a baking pan. Drizzle the butter-thyme mixture over and roast until soft and slightly caramelized, about 15 minutes.

Try now my quick meal: roasted red onions and lamb.
