Here is what you need for a baked fish with sour sauce in the chinese style:
500 g white fish fillets
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 sunflower oil
200 g mushrooms sliced
steamed rice to serve
Cook the fish in a large bamboo steamer for about 20 minutes.
Mix soy sauce with sunflower oil in a small bowl and add the sauce with salt and pepper over the fish after 10 minutes and leave it for another 10 minutes to cook.
Add the mushrooms and cover fish with foil or steamer lid and steam over a wok or pan of boiling water for 5 minutes, or until cooked.
Remove fish from steamer, and serve immediately with steamed rice.
