Roasted cauliflower and corn


Roasted cauliflower and corn in the oven for 30 minutes is the quickest healthy meal!

It is healthy, delicious, and can beserved with chicken leftovers, beef, pork or even fish.

Add a bit of smashed garlic, ginger, lemon, salt and pepper and it's delicious!
