For a salad for two persons, you need three fresh tomatoes, one dried tomato, five fresh cucumbers, a cup of chopped onion, a cup of shredded dried cheese.
For the sauce, you must have three hard boiled egg yolks, two cups yogurt, two spoons sour cream, one small chilli, fennel, salt and pepper.
Nothing cooked, everything fresh and full of vitamins and minerals.
