Homemade fruits yogurt

Here you have a quick meal, tasty and healthy!

Mix a cup of fresh low fat cheese with one cup of low fat yogurt and 1-2 spoons of high quality raspberry extra preserve or jam (if you like another flavour, try cherry, blackberry or whatever you love or already have in your kitchen).




Tip: For the best taste ever, try to add a quality jam with more fruits than sugar.
