Quick healthy meal: potatoes with shallots in 20 min

Potatoes, shallots, chopped celeriac and garlic baked in the oven for 20 minutes with olive oil, rice vinegar, dill and parsley. 

Dinner for 4 persons ready in 20 minutes!


First of all, you need to boil 6 chopped potatoes for 5 minutes. Then, in a pan, add 4 shallots or onions cut in half, one celeriac chopped, 3 garlic cloves, add 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup of rice vinegar, salt and pepper and put in the oven to medium heat for 15 minutes.

Before serving, add fresh dill and parsley.
