Quick healthy meal: potatoes with shallots in 20 min

Potatoes, shallots, chopped celeriac and garlic baked in the oven for 20 minutes with olive oil, rice vinegar, dill and parsley. 

Dinner for 4 persons ready in 20 minutes!

Yummy!


First of all, you need to boil 6 chopped potatoes for 5 minutes. Then, in a pan, add 4 shallots or onions cut in half, one celeriac chopped, 3 garlic cloves, add 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup of rice vinegar, salt and pepper and put in the oven to medium heat for 15 minutes.







Before serving, add fresh dill and parsley.

Lentils with garlic ready in 15 minutes

Boil one cup of lentils with one cup of water, 4 garlic cloves and fresh chopped dill for 15 minutes. Add a splash of vegetable oil (olive oil, sunflower oil, grapeseeds oil).

Serve with dill and grounded black pepper on top.

Quick healthy breakfast in 2 minutes

Healthy breakfast ready in 2 minutes with toast and homemade cream cheese for you and for your kids.

It is the best sandwich for your kids friends.





You need to mix one cup of fresh sour cream with one cup of chopped mozzarella or brie or camembert cheese and half of a cup of fresh dill chopped. And that's it! Spread it on top of your favorite toast.

I am in love with the fresh taste of my homemade cream cheese perfect for a healthy breakfast ready in 2 minutes!

Bicycle on rice

Bicycle on rice is a quick meal for kids. 

Everyone knows how to cook rice: one cup of rice to three cup of water, bring water to boil over high heat and let boil rice in the water for 10 - 12 minutes.

For the bicycle on top of the cooked rice, you need pickled beet root, scallion and black olives.

Canned pinto beans with sausages

It is a quick meal, even with pinto beans!

Use a canned beans and cook for 15 minutes, adding half of a cup of fine chopped carrots and half of a cup with fine chopped celery root, stirring oocasionally.

Before serving, add 3 garlic cloves diced and 1-2 spoons of olive oil, mix together and decorate it with black olives, fried sausages and some fresh basil ( I had frozen basil) in order to imagine cutted woods near small trees in the forest :) 





Great for kids, canned pinto beans with sausages !

Homemade fruits yogurt

Here you have a quick meal, tasty and healthy!

Mix a cup of fresh low fat cheese with one cup of low fat yogurt and 1-2 spoons of high quality raspberry extra preserve or jam (if you like another flavour, try cherry, blackberry or whatever you love or already have in your kitchen).




Tip: For the best taste ever, try to add a quality jam with more fruits than sugar.
